Back in NYC this week. Took the red eye from Seattle. I went for a run through Central Park waiting for my room to be ready. I was surprised how good I felt given how little sleep I got on the flight. I came back to the gym and did some weights and exercises. It's the beginning of my taper which I always dread. I'm still not sure I think a taper is the best approach. I'm compromising this time by making it a two-week taper rather than a three-weeker. |
