Another chilly but beautiful morning for a run. Got started around six ahead of the sunrise and headed for the Mt Si track for a mid run workout. 5M@ 5:16 pace. Hit 5:17 on the first one, then 5:16. 5:16. 5:14 and finished strong with a 5:08. Then a 10 minute jog followed by 5x150m hard. Then finished up with 8+ miles to notch my first 20-mile run on way too long. |
