After a very frustrating two days of not being able to run, I was finally able to get out this morning with some level of comfort and run an easy 9 miles. Tuesday morning I felt like I had just run the SGM. Calves were tight and the quads were on fire. Yesterday felt better but I still couldn't even do a light jog. Never had this happen before after just a half marathon. Kind of weird. But I'm back on my feet and should be able to rattle off another 25-30 miles this week to somewhat salvage the week mileage wise. |
