Downright balmy weather this morning. 46 degrees and rain. We've moved into February. June may only be days away. A new section of the neighborhood opened up so I found another chunk of running area that will make it easier to do 12 miles in the neighborhood without running a bunch of laps around the block.
Pretty excited for my 10k race on Saturday. The weather is supposed to be perfect.
Today I ran 10.5 miles including 10x100m strides. Then I hit the gym and did a bunch of strength exercises and the same weight routine I did on Monday. I feel like I'm almost 100% recovered from the marathon. I'm probably not, but I feel close. |
