Ahhhh...the rain is back in full force. A very wet speed workout. I did a six-mile tempo cutdown workout. Target was 3m@5:18, 2m@5:10, 1m@5:02.
I had to do these pretty early this morning and I woke up with a minor cold which brought with it some congestion so i didn't know what to expect. I hit 5:21, 5:14, 5:20, 5:12, 5:12 and 5:05. A bit slow but I was pretty happy. It was a good and full week of training. |
