Nothing exciting today. Did 3 easy miles and that's about it. I'm adding a video from my Upper Bells trip from Friday. The views were incredible, but it was so windy and COLD and we didn't stay long.

What a day! Got home late from work, and my wife is in the middle of her final project for school, so my kids were running wild, and the house was a disaster! Took two hours to clean it up and I was exhausted. After a brief nap I did manage 3 miles on my usual route. When I finally did get to bed at 1:00 AM I couldn't sleep. Ahhhhhhhh! |

| | Went to the gym to lift and had a nice workout. Lifted for 45 minutes, and after I finished I was tempted to jump on the TM and do 3 miles, but I decided to give my legs a rest. The gym nemesis was nowhere to be found. |

| | I was going to run outside today, but I have been so busy lately that the only time I can run is when the sun is down, and it is just way to cold out there right now. I'm not as tough as some of you. I did however make it to the gym and did 4 on the TM. I really need to get outside for a long run though. Anyone want to run a trail this Sat? |

| | I woke up early to go to the gym, and it was super cold. I was thinking you would have to be insane to be running in this, but it looks like I will be running early tomorrow. I hate the cold. Lifted for 45 minutes, and didn't have time to run on the track. Nothing exciting at all from the gym to report. |
