| | 30 minutes of lifting (arms and chest) while listening to LDS conf. Motab just doesn't seem to get the juices flowing like some on my iPod, but maybe I was edified, so the trade off was worth it. |

| | Golfed 18 holes at Thanksgiving Point. We had a great time, although I did tweak my knee a bit looking for balls, but nothing serious. I took the dog out and got in a mile before it got dark, and it was COLD. |

| | Decided to run a little harder tonight to test my knee, and I really felt it at the end. It was sore, but didn't hurt too much. I am definitely not 100%, but it feels good enough to keep working out, so I will keep taking it slow. I am going to get into the mountains this weekend to climb something. It was been waaay too long. I am also interested to see how my knee feels with some elevation gain. |

| | Went to the gym and lifted for 35 minutes (arms, chest). I wasn't feeling all that great today, and didn't have a lot or energy. I think I am going to get out for an early morning hike tomorrow to test out my knee. I haven't climbed anything since Kings Peak on 9/4/09. |
