Weights at the gym for an hour working my upper body and core. I was weak. Probably had something to do with the 100 miler.
Booty boot camp at the gym with Kristina. We had a solid hour of cardio and weights. I ran some, but my calf/knee was still pretty sore.
Booty boot camp with Kristina. I ran more than on Tuesday, but there is still significant soreness in my calf/knee from where I was cramping at Wasatch. I won't likely run for at least a week. My body can use the rest.
