Weights at the gym for an hour. I had a really good workout. I spent about half the time lifting with friends and we did some new stuff that worked me pretty good. My friend brought his big ball (medicine) again and we worked with that for a while. My favorite exercise is getting across from each other on the mat and then you throw the ball to the other guy and then do a push up. As you come up you catch the ball and then bounce it back. We did this for about 10 minutes total and my arms were wrecked. |
