We had a really good Mothers Day, visiting family and eating waaaaay too much. After the kids were in bed I worked my abs for 40 minutes and did 20 minutes of stretching. I rolled my ITB's and they are both really sore.

So what does rolled your ITB's mean? I guess I am stupid because I have not a clue!
I ate way to much this weekend as well.

how long do you roll for? from what i've heard, you can overdo it. i wear a timex watch all the time, so i set the timer for 1 minute and do that on each side 2 times per day typically.

Lily- My iliotibial band in my leg/knee has been sore for a few months and it really bothers me on hills. Watch this video on Youtube. The first two exercises are the ones I do for my ITB:

KP- I roll it 4/5 times for about 30 seconds to a minute. The first one usually hurts, and then it gets loose after that.
