From Vintage view/Ann's trail. I just wanted to stretch my legs and didn't want to do anything strenuous, so I guess it was a good thing that I felt like crap to keep me in check. My legs felt pretty good the whole run, but I just wasn't feeling great from the start. I did run the entire way up though without walking even though it was slower than normal.

I'm really getting excited for Wasatch and it has been very hard to rest and not get out into the hills, but I know if will pay off next week.

Man, I wish I was going to be around next weekend to pace and/or sit around all weekend long watching for Wasatch updates online! Even with your injuries, you've managed to put in some really good training. I can't wait to see how you do!

Thanks guys. The anticipation is driving me nuts. I just want to get it on.
