My legs were sore today from Grandeur Peak, so I did 4 easy on the TM and they felt a lot better afterward. My pull up fest on Thurs must have been really good because my upper body is still quite sore.

I probably wouldn't be able to walk for a week had I done Granduer with you! Nice work just getting it done and working out that soreness.

Hi Scott,
I come to your site often but never noticed the two links "My adventure blog" and "Summitpost profile" under the "Personal" heading.
Are those links new?
Checked them out. Great links. And amazing pictures!!
And I just read your St. George Marathon report from October, 2010 on the Summitpost profile link (funny - that POP incident). You did very well with that Marathon. My goal is to break 4 hours for the Marathon come May 1, 2011.

Rad- You would be totally fine. I see how much you work out.
Oreo- You have been working it hard lately. You will have a great Buffalo run.
Lily- ;)
PRE- I added them about a month ago I think. Thanks for taking a look at them. I like going back and reading the reports of adventures that I did a long time ago. It's fun. Some of those pictures are old, but they bring back a lot of memories.
