Andrea- It hurts when I sit in the same position for a long time. Last week it was stiff and hurting most of the time, but it is getting better. I can feel the muscle and it is really tight. It actually feels better when I exercise after I loosen up the muscle.

When I was having really bad back pain earlier this year, exercising to loosen it up helped me too. The sitting is a killer!
