My ankles are still sore from the race on Saturday, but I can't stand not getting any cardio, so I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and I also did 30 minutes of weights (core, lats and shoulders). I also got a little cramp in my calf last night and I'm a little worried about it because I am climbing a peak in a few days with almost 6K elevation gain in 7 miles. I need to drink more water. I have noticed that I have not been drinking enough water when I get them. |
