My ankles are still sore from the race on Saturday, but I can't stand not getting any cardio, so I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and I also did 30 minutes of weights (core, lats and shoulders). I also got a little cramp in my calf last night and I'm a little worried about it because I am climbing a peak in a few days with almost 6K elevation gain in 7 miles. I need to drink more water. I have noticed that I have not been drinking enough water when I get them.

Scott!!! Maybe you should bail on Ibapah and come do a Timp run on Saturday morning, bright and early. Ok, more like very dark and very early. Ping me on IM if you are interested.

Hey Leslie, I did the Provo River half on Saturday (my first race) and had a great time. I loved it. I'm climbing Ibapah, which is a remote desert peak south of Wendover this weekend. It is the highest peak in Juab County and I'm excited.

Thanks Smooth.

Jun, I want to do Timp, but I already have everything planned with my friend Greg. Actually, I think you should bail on Timp and come do Ibapah with us. :)
