I woke up early to get in a workout at the gym before work. I worked my upper body/core. My triceps and delts were still slightly sore from Monday which was surprising, so I took it easy on them.

I did upper body and core today as well! I picked up my 15lb weights, saw the guy next to me with 60lbers, and went back to get 20lb weights so I didn't look so wimpy. Haha!

Glad you took it easy for a change. Let your body rest a bit! It's been hammered this month! A donut today might have helped.

Andrea- Haha. I think I have done that before. I workout with a bunch of meatheads, so I'm used to looking wimpy. :)
