I woke up early this morning to lift weights at the gym for 45 minutes before work. I worked my arms, chest, core, shoulders and back. I will probably try and get in some miles later in the day as well.

I can not come up with enough exercises for the upper body to last 45 minutes. I really AM a slacker!!!!

Leslie- I will be climbing something for sure. jun and I have a fun run planned for Friday that will go over a few smaller peaks, and then maybe I'll go out again on Sat if my legs feel ok. The snow only keeps me off of the peaks with avalanche danger.
Kelli- You could if you wanted to :) I did 8 different exercises, but I did about 7-8 sets each. Sometimes I get worked after 30 minutes, but it all depends on what I am doing. There is this young guy that I see there a lot, and all he does is texts 90% of the time, so he has no problem at all working out for an hour.

Scott, they just said on the news avalanche danger is super high right now. Be careful and have fun.

Well, there you go!!! I did 8 exercises but only went through the circuit 3 times!

OH, and I did not take breaks (aside from one potty break). No texting for me! The personal trainer sits and texts the entire time, it is annoying. he makes big bucks to sit and text all day.

Wow! You must have some serious guns! AWESOME workout!

Leslie- I won't go anywhere near the high peaks for a while. I am very scared of avalanches.
Kelli- That would totally bug me if my trainer did that. We should start a list, the annoying things we see at the gym :)
Smooth- Thanks. My guns aren't that serious yet. Haha.

I too wish I could strength train that long. I work my way around the circuit and do a few sets then I leave. If your doing 7-8 sets you probably have some nice rip going on :)

I wish I had 'rip' and 'guns'. :) No six-pack either. I'm still working on a one-pack.
