I usually do weights (upper body) every Monday and today I decided I would run home from the gym after I was done lifting. My workout was great and I lifted for 45 minutes, but my run didn't go so well though. For the first time ever I had a terrible stitch in my left side and it dogged me the whole way home. It got a little better about the last .5 but it didn't go completely away and it really slowed me down. Oh well, at least I got two miles in. |
