I stretched my back for about 20 minutes and then walked on the TM for a half mile and it seemed to loosen it up, so I decided to see how far I could run. The first mile was slow, but I just increased the speed every mile. By mile 4 I was feeling really good and had no pain at all in my back. I could have run more, but I didn't want to tweak anything, so I stopped at 4 miles. My back was a little tight after, but seems to be getting better. I should be running without pain again soon. |
