I ran 6 on the TM while watching basketball. I wasn't feeling great for the first 3-4, but I finally started feeling really good and wanted to do more, but couldn't because of time. I also did 20 minutes of core/ab work on my ball.

Nice job Scott! Isn't it crazy how it takes us a good 30 minutes just to 'warm up' and feel like running? When people tell me they can't even run a mile I always say "trust me, the first one is ALWAYS the hardest."
