I ran 5 on the track at the gym. I was going to take it easy, but after the first mile at an 8:40 pace I picked it up and ran the next 4 miles in 30:35. I was feeling really good and wanted to keep going, but I decided to save my legs for Friday. I'll be pacing MattVS at the Pony Express 50 for 25-35 miles, so I want to make sure I am fresh.
