Had a nice run after I put the kids to bed. I am scheduled to run the Provo River half this Saturday (my first race) so I need to have a good workout today and tomorrow and then I'll take it easy the rest of the week. I also signed up for the Provo full marathon on September 12th. I know I am not ready for it yet, but I know I can do it. I'm not expecting to break any time records... just finish. |
