50 minutes of lifting (upper body) at the gym. My core was very sore from my workout yesterday. I had an excellent session.

NICE, love it when it hurts to even breathe.

ugghhh, core work is where my heart and body are at right now and some days it kills me. I just want to lie down and not use my core to do anything...I just want to sleep! Nice work getting the workouts in!

You motivated me to do some core work last night after reading your blog. I have been a slacker lately in that department, time to get back at it!

Nice Carina! I was really good about it last year, but I have really fallen behind the last few months. I need to do a good core/ab workout like that at least once per week. It is a good recovery workout (when you want to rest the legs), and I like it just slightly more than an ice bath :)

Wait...core? Is that something a runner should work on? I think I can do 5 crunches now, so I have some work to do. Thanks for the reminder! :-)
