Went to bed at 1:00 am and was up at 5:30 so I could hit the gym because I'm taking my wife out for her birthday tonight, and I wanted to get in a workout. I lifted for 45 minutes (upper body/core). I didn't want to run too much because I am doing a long run down Little Cottonwood tomorrow, so I ran one mile at a fast pace and I felt like crap. I never feel good running after I lift and I felt nauseated for the next few hours. I'm tired, but I think a 32 ounce Diet Coke should take it all away.

That is a fast mile, maybe that is why you felt sick. HA HA. I want to be able to run a mile that fast. :)

Way to run after lifting. I am always torn on which to do first. I need to get better at running but lifting lighter because you have already spent your energy is also silly.

Yeah, I always feel so sick or get a stitch in my side every time I run after I lift. It never fails. I knewit would happen, but I wanted to stretch my legs, so I decided to push it. It was nice having the clock at the gym, so I could time my mile. I need one of those really cool watches Jun has.

Enoch has one now. You are officially slacking.
