Weights at the gym for an hour. I had a great workout (core/upper body) lifting at the gym. I mixed it up a bit tonight and my arms are so sore and tired. There has been a core group of guys the last few years that lift on Monday nights and I think I am the last one left. One guy that has been lifting with me for the last 3+ years has dropped off in the last month. He usually has 2-3 guys with him, but they have all dropped off as well. I'm sure it will pick back up in a few months.
