The Nyquil worked last night and I slept really well. I'm still not feeling great, although it hasn't gotten any worse either. I was very tired after work and I fell asleep while playing with my son and took a 30 minute nap.

After the kids were in bed I went to the gym and my wife did homework. I ran 4 miles on the TM at 8:40, and then I was feeling really tired, so I did one more at 10:00. That last mile was hard because my energy was gone. I hate getting sick.

Time for Nyquil.

Get better fast. I really hope we can go tomorrow. Glad you got some miles in. I can fully appreciate how it is to fall asleep playing with your kids. Best of luck.

Glad you got some sleep. It's not fun being sick for sure...zaps your energy. I had to chuckle about the Laker/Jazz game. You must have been really sick to leave early. Haha!

Hope you're feeling better and able to enjoy a run this weekend!

Jun- I'm excited for tomorrow. It should be a fun day.

Smooth- I'm taking the Emergen C twice per day. My cold hasn't gotten any worse, so hopefully it is working. Everything about the Jazz game was fun, except for my cold and the fact that the Jazz played so bad. If I thought they had any chance to win I might have stuck around. :) Have a great weekend!
