No running today. I figured I better be well rested and I want my legs to be fresh. I did wake up this morning with a slight cold (first one of the year). I am taking Emergen-C and it doesn't seem serious.

Drop bags and crew bags are ready. I know this race is going to be the hardest thing I have ever done. I'm excited. Thanks for your support everyone. I hope to see several of you out there. If you have any interest on tracking the runners the Wasatch100 site will be tracking and updating our progress. I think the link will be on the main page or on the bulletins page.

Hey champ! You can do it, pal. Listen slugger, when you are done with the race, we need you to help move a family in. Just come straight from Midway, big guy. Oh, hey also chief, we need you to do the lesson on Sunday. Alright boss.
