I woke up early this morning to run the Provo River Trail before work and it was one of the best mornings of the year. When I got up there it was still dark and the stars were out, so I spent some time stretching and getting warmed up and it is amazing what a little stretching will do for you before a run. I felt amazing. The run was really fun and I got in some good hill work and everything felt great.

I wish I could start off every morning like this. I guess I could if I want to give up some sleep.

**PM update**

Since I missed the gym last night I made up for it tonight and had a nice session. I lifted for 35 minutes (upper body) and had a really good work out. I also loosened up the legs some on the TM.

GOOD JOB getting up early and enjoy the PRT, the stars and all! I lack discipline to get up early...really missing out on the good stuff!

I'm quite fond of sleep myself. But I was up at 4:30am this morning. Wake me up if I fall asleep at work.

I love mornings. We'll be enjoying one together tomorrow. Wasatch Crest here we come. It will be gorgeous up there. I think I should bring my camera again.

Jun- bring your camera for sure. The pics you took last time were great.
