I went to the gym tonight and lifted for 30 minutes (chest, shoulders, core/abs) and then I ran on the track. My legs were a little sore, so I only wanted to stretch them out. I wanted to do a faster mile, so I tried hard to push it, but I had a terrible stitch in my side almost the whole way. It sems like that happens every time I run after I lift. I finished in 7:37, and then I cooled off with a mile on the TM. My side hurt the whole time.
I have been feeling a little bummed all week, but the gym sure makes me feel better. Maybe it's the weather. I need Spring! |
