I went to the gym to lift tonight after work. I worked my upper body/core for 45 minutes. My core was actually sore (I think from Bryce) so I didn't push too hard. My knee still hurts and there is no way I can run. I may try the elliptical tomorrow just to see what happens. I was also surprised that I gained 1.5 pounds since the Bryce Canyon run. I thought for sure I would have lost a few pounds.
