I went to the gym this morning to lift. I worked my upper body hard for 50 minutes and then did a mile on the TM just to see how everything feels. I don't have any soreness in my legs or knees and I am very happy about that. I could have run several more miles, but I don't want to rush anything and I decided to give my legs a little break.
I weigh myself every time I go to the gym and I was kind of surprised that I weigh the exact same as I did the day before the Kings Peak run. I was expecting to be down a pound or two.
I'll be working my abs/core tonight. |
