I wasn't feeling well last night, but I forced myself to the gym and I am glad I did. it always makes me feel better. Lifted for 50 minutes. Worked arms, chest, lats, and shoulders. Fun.
My legs aren't sore at all and they feel great after Sat, so I am really feeling good about TOU. I resisted the urge to run on the TM just to give them one more day to recover. |
