I wanted to give my legs a bit of a break today, but I still wanted some cardio, so I did 40 minutes on the elliptical. I also did 30 minutes of core work with my ball. I guess I am now tapering for St. George, although compared to a lot of you on this blog I am always tapering.
My bib # for SGM is 1885. Hopefully I'll get to see some FRB's. I'm really excited for this race. |
