Had the day off, so we took the kids to a movie (Spy Next Door), and then to my parents for a party for my son. I made it to the gym and lifted for 40 minutes (biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders). My abs were so sore and I could only do about half as many pull ups as normal before I got tired. That ball is great.

I weigh myself after every workout and for the last 3 months I have been within 1-2 lbs every time. Tonight I was 4 lbs higher than I have been in the last 3 months. I'm not sure if it was all of the pizza, Cafe Rio, cake and ice cream over the weekend, but it is just odd that it would spike by 4 lbs after 3 months of being the same weight no matter how much I exercised or ate. I'm very interested to see what the scale says next time.

NICE run yesterday with the doggie!

My husband wants to see Spy Next Door, none of my boys want to go with him, go figure! He thinks Jackie Chen is great. I think he USED to be great! :)

I'm interested to see what the scale says next time. May be your muscles are getting buffer! :) LOVE it when your abs are sore! ***SIX PACKS BABY***

Woah I had Cafe Rio for dinner tonight...Ate the Pork Burrito Enchilada style, black beans, no rice, extra meat..and eat maybe 1/4 of the tortilla..Bodybuilder style..Think we are scared of carbs..I won't touch Rice with a 10 ft. Pole..LOL

Smooth- my kids (age 5-11) really loved the movie, and I actually thought it was pretty good. Better than expected. My wife said it was cute :)

I am interested in what the scale says too, especially after not working out for two days. I hope it's muscle, but I doubt it :) I would actually be happy with a 'two-pack' at this point. Ha.

Missy- Cafe Rio pork is the BEST! I used to eat the pork burrito all the time, but lately it has been the steak salad with extra meat. MMMMMM.

I just gained 4 POUNDS too Scott..Swear it is that Pork! Sodium..Well I had Panda express earlier that day too..More Sodium...Then Egg whites..SODIUM! I found a recipe online for the pork..they use Coke in it. I made it before in my crockpot..Forget the freaking Tortilla..Just give me a bowl and a fork and the MEAT!

Now I'm craving Orange chicken and Cafe Rio pork. Hmm. I'll settle for an apple.

I'll bet your 4 lbs is in your biceps :)

I went to Sandy Gold's this a.m. to Get a swim in..Utah Valley Gold's are all closed on SUNDAY! Driving home I wanted Cafe Rio so bad....Closed of course..Is there a Cafe Rio close to you that is open Sunday? LOL on biceps...I think they are in a state of atrophy..havent been able to lift!

From Scott Wesemann on Mon, Jan 25, 2010 at 15:54:02 from 66.239.250.209

Missy- I think just about everything is closed in Utah County on Sunday. I know that all of the Cafe Rio's are closed on Sunday too. I actually live about 5 minutes away from the Cafe Rio in AF, but I have to get my fix Mon-Sat :)

S C O T T ... I won't swear like a Pirate but I will just Grumble! And then I will stop complaining. :) Did you know they use Coke in the Sweet Pork? I think I already said that..lol.

I Googled Cafe Rio and the pork recipe is the first thing that came up. It must be pretty popular. Yep, 3 cans of Coke (not Diet). I pretty much live in Diet Coke, so that is a shame I can't use it :)

From missy on Sun, Jan 31, 2010 at 21:39:56 from 70.56.98.145

I totally saw that Scott..."No Diet"...Well we can make up our own recipe! Diet Coke with Splenda...
