Warmups, form mile and a mile warmup. Then we headed over to the grass for the workout. I did 4 special Ks before coach pulled me aside and told me to do distance. I fell off again which was discouraging but I think I hit faster times this time. Wind was crazy. Anywho, from now on anytime I fall off the pack I will be pulled from the workout. This will be good cause I struggled with staying with the group even high school so this will help me to get over that. It will give me added motivation to mind the gap! I also know that as I increase my mileage I will feel stronger and faster which will help my confidence grow and in turn I will BE stronger and faster!
Will find out who's going to regionals tomorrow! I really want to go, but don't want to get my hopes up. I worked my hardest and will be happy with either outcome.
