I ran with Angie today!! We went up to Foothill, Thunderbird and went down wasatch, then to the zoo and did VA loop and across guardsman, up to 1900 E and over to Kensington, then did a small loop back to my house. That got us to 10.25 and we averaged 7:49 pace based off of how long it took us to finish, which felt pretty good. I was glad we ran together, I know that if I was by myself I would have gone a lot slower. We saw Garek on his run too. And it's always fun to see some random runner twice on the same run! Weird. Anyway, overall I felt pretty good, it's so nice outside too! Legs were a bit tired, but it feels good to get my mileage up.
