Drove to Mesquite, warmups and 2 miles warmup then started the workout. It wasn't bad, 2 sets of 400, 800, 300. It was just really hot and windy. Much stronger wind than I'm used to that's for sure! I hit 74, 2:47, 54 and 74, 2:51, 55. It was mostly the heat that got to me, it was like mid 90s I think. But Coach said UC Riverside next weekend is going to be hot too, so gotta prepare myself for that! A mile cool down. |
