AM: 4 mile shakeout, felt good until the last mile. PM: Ran the course, we somehow cut out 1000m of it but I think I know where that was. Then did the last 1000 faster, I ran it in 3:52. Then did some starts and finished to 6. I'm a bit nervous because I didn't feel good at all. Like I was really struggling to keep up and that 1000 I was last from the team by a lot. I did have a full stomach so that probably contributed, but more than that I just felt like I couldn't move. I have had a cold for the past couple of days so maybe that's the problem? Idk. Anyway, the course is good I think, its hilly but Cedar is hilly too so I think we'll be fine. Hopefully tomorrow I'll feel good! Also I found out I actually can count the form mile as mileage, I was confused but Angie cleared it up for me so I'm going to fix it! |
