WOW,  it is hard to keep up with this thing.  gonna have to try again this week.  Today was ok.  6x400 m sprints w/ 2min recovery with 6x200 in between 400's.  yeah it hurt.  Felt pretty good though.  Need to bring food.

Easy trail run today out on the Arizona strip.  The first mile was awful because of all the loose rocks.  It felt like you were running on gravel.  Then down a mountain and along a really wierd road that was full of ruts and mud.  I forgot food today, but I stashed a banana in my backpack.  It kept me going

I have learned to hate Wednesdays.  It's always a cruel workout that is fast and hard.  I know it will get me better in the end, but right now, I hate it.  Oh well.  I brought food today.  Cinnamon bagel.  GOOD. Today was the tempo run at the Dixie center.  My time was 6:22 for 12:00.  I did less than that and go all the way to the bridge! WaHoo!!

Easy day today with a Kenyan run.  4 miles with plyanbatta after.  We went for ten minutes of silence today and barely made it.  it was fun, but it was rainy.

Track day.  Did 2x200m then 800m twice with a two mile warm up and one mile cool down.  Note to self: Don't eat any apples 15 min before run.
