Woke up and helped mark move. I'm gonna miss that guy. Good start to a busy day. Then went and ran 7 easy to the boneyard. Felt okay.

Was up late last night doing AP calc homework so I slept in and ran 3 easy by myself.

Afternoon was hard but good. 2 mile warmup, drills, strides, 4x1600m at 5:10 goal pace with 3:00 400m recovery, then 3x300m all out with 100m walk recovery, mile cool down, then hardcore weights part 10 I think. The pace for the mile repeats was faster so that's always hard getting used to for the first time but the next time will be easier. The pack was just me Jaiden and Josh today. We hit 5:10, 5:10, 5:08, 5:10. Good stuff. I didn't time the 300s, just wanted to finish strong. Then weights was way good. Good stuff from everyone today

Ran 3 easy this morning to the spectrum. I banged my knee on somethin in the weight room yesterday, it hurts rly bad but it'll be fine, it warmed up on this run.

Ran 6 easy with a half mile warmup and strides after. Felt weird just cuz I had tiki for lunch. Good stuff

Ran 3 easy to hidden valley this morning. Tanner came so that was nice

Afteernoon was weird. the plan was 2.5 warmup, drills, strides, then 10x400m at 1:06-7 goal pace, then 6x200m same pace. I started the workout and i immediately knew something was wrong. i felt waaaaay flat and out of breath and it turns out i had way low blood sugar, which was probably true cuz i didn't really eat anyting today, i spent the whole day cleaning before my grandparents got here. i ended up doing 10x400 and 4x200, so i only missed 2 200s which is nothing so thats good. i hit 67, 66, 66, 66, 66, 68, 67, 69, 69, 67, then 35, 34, 33, 33. it was still good, on average i hit my time. then we did yoga with good ol Fiji McAlpine. good stuff from everyone today

Lot of factors went into this run that made it bad for me. I won't go into detail. 3.5 mile warmup, then progression on the way back. I passed away
