Today was good. 2 mile warmup, drills, strides, 4x1600 @ 5:17 goal pace with 3:30 recovery, mile cool down then yoga. Felt really good today. Hit 5:17, 5:17, 5:16, 5:14. Great pacing today. Then yoga was good, I loosened up but my entire left leg is just gone

Woke up a little later and ran 3 easy by myself. 

Afternoon was good. 10 miles on the prospector trail. Fun trail but it's single track so no good conversations

Ran 3 easy to the spectrum this morning. 

Afternoon was good. 3.5 mile warmup, 2 mile power run down river road with goal pace at 10:20-10:30, mile cool down, then hardcore weights part 8 I think. This was good. We started the tempo and it was me spence Bryson Jaiden and Boston. We hit mile 1 at 5:15 which was good. Mile 2 was good too, when we finished the pack was just me and spencer but it was good, we hit 5:07 to finish in 10:23 so right on. Weights was good. Good stuff from everyone today

Today was kinda hard but good. The workout was 3x400 at 1:06, 3x800 at 2:20-2:22, then 4x200 at :33. Equal distance recovery jog for each rep. For the 400s we hit 1:08, 1:06, 1:05. For the 800s we hit 2:21, 2:22, 2:18. For the 200s we hit :33, :33, :33, then me spence and Bryson and Boston wanted to race the last one so I hit  a 27.4 lol it's a new PR but man I can't sprint. Good stuff from everyone today

Woke up around 8 this morning. I always have work from 11-4 on Saturdays so running is weird on Saturdays. I usually run after work at 4 but I decided to try to run before and I like it better. When I run right after work my stomach usually screws me up cuz I eat a lot here. So I ran 8 miles from my house to the boneyard, felt good. Currently typing this at work, lol i can't stop eating nuggets SOS
