Workout at Bloomington hills. 10 min tempo then 3x 2 mins at 5k, 8k,5k pace then 4x1 min at 5k, 3k, 5k, 3k pace. Really good workout today. I’m stupid and I forgot my spikes but it’s fine :) we packed hecka good and hit our paces
Me and Jess and Laney and Brook went to the mall and we went to see’s and then they are being very generous as usual and they offered us some samples but the lady was taking forever saying the names of the chocolates that new no one knew what the crap she was saying so then Jessica started to grab a chocolate and then the dumb lady yanked all the chocolates away and then Jessica gave the chocolate to Brooke and then she ran outside because she was embarrassed lol plus I got a new hecka cute Nike sports bra that has lots of straps and is a cuttteeeeee color and I’m very excited to wear it !!
Then me and jess went on a run then we saw Miles and Julien and they were driving right next to us seeing how many miles per hour we could go and we just got up to 14 miles per ( we can go waaayyyyy faster ) id say it’s been a pretty gr8 day to be a panther
