am- chill 30 min run, getting ready for race
pm- warm 15 mins cool 15 mins... I had the greatest race that i will ALWAYS remember, my 3rd lap was probs my best cux coach ( dad ) told me to go super hard on the 3rd lap, so thats what i did and i led the 3rd lap. i need to work on having a good push at the end and just going for it! Qualified for state! ( first 1600, i pr'ed 12 seconds, my second state qualifier cuz i ran the 3200 a week before i started blogging )
