7.5 easy miles before breakfast, no watch but guessing about 8:00 pace

 

 9.25 before supper. weather was beautiful, i felt pretty good and just ran what felt easy and did it in 67:00 minutes.  kind of surprised myself. legs are just a little sore from saturdays race but overall i think my body is adjusting well to my increases in mileage. i just need to be careful and be patiant.

9.25 very easy miles in the afternoon.  legs were pretty tired so it was slow going.  just glad to get out even though i didn't feel like it.

7 easy miles this morning with the dog. took all 7 miles just to get warmed up.

5.5 in the late afternoon. felt like doing more but i am going to end up with too many miles this week if i am not careful.

10.5 in the morning in 1:12:30. i felt good better than i expected i would after this week. raced a 10k last weekend and then hit 65 miles this week and cranked out a pretty good run today.  my first 2 miles were really slow getting warmed up.  ended up deciding to throw in a couple tempo miles hit the first one at 6:02 and thought "that was too easy" so i ran the last one in 5:44 and it felt real good.  plan is to keep mileage in the 60's for a few weeks. main thing is to stay injury free. i would rather be running less miles but at least be running than to be injured because i got over zealous with mileage.
