5.5 with the dog. didn't want to run but once i got going i felt ok. everything feels heavy but don't have any weight to lose so i will just have to deal with it. maybe thats why i like down hill races.
10.25 total. 2.75 mile tempo. eased into it with 1:31 @ .25, 4:21 @ .75, then 10:01 & 15:25 to finish it. last mile was a 5:24. a good little work out. Groin and upper thigh especially on right side really got tight towards the end????
