Spent 30 minutes digging my car out of it's frozen tundra to drive to the gym....brrrrrr! My fingers are literally still frozen and barely functioning.
9 miles on the treadmill. I alternated slow/fast miles just to break up the monotony. 6:22, 6:18, 6:15, 6:15. There is really no purpose in any of my workouts right now but just running slow on the treadmill is too mind numbingly boring for me. I've been a little stressed with the end of the semester and running fast seems to be a good outlet lately. So as long as I'm not injuring myself or pushing too hard I'll just keep plugging along and doing whatever floats my boat and keeps me sane.
