Early morning treadmill run.  10 miles total in around 70 minutes...just trying to burn off some of the fudge I've been eating!  All of this holiday food makes me feel like a flipping rolly polly.

2 mile warmup and then 7 mile AT progression run 6:53, 6:48, 6:44, 6:39, 6:35, 6:31, 6:22, 1 mile cooldown.  I felt okay but not great.

Nice workout! Progression is the way to go on treadmills. Just that simple push of the button every mile breaks up the monotony of the run.

I agree 100%. Without ramping up the speed, you go insane on the treadmill. Great workout for a Monday morning for sure. very impressive.
