Did a workout on the elliptical at the gym this am. 10 min warm-up and then 10 times by 2 min on/1 min recovery. Kept the speed the same and bumped the resistance up to 14 for the on min. This was way harder than running and I was dripping sweat. 7 mi in 50 min. iTBS rehab and a little weights Am 2: 3 mi in the jogger with my nephew. |
