I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences. I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn. I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University. AM: 30 min weights, IT band rehab, stretching. 5 mi easy around the orchards, 7:35 pace. Felt really good today.
PM: Fall break fun 6 mile trail run with Josse & Janice. It was a muddy adventure but totally beat sitting in math class.
