I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences. I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn. I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University. 8 miles easy on the treadmill, 64 min. 1.5-2.5% incline. Gosh I feel like such a wimp this year in the freezing weather....I used to run in it like everyday last winter and can't even stand walking from my car to the gym this year. I need to man up and get out there because I'm going to drive myself nuts on the treadmill.

This is a bit colder than we typically even get in Jan/Feb. And we didn't get the break in period this year... just right from pleasant to COLD!!

I was thinking the same thing!!! Why was it so easy last winter to run in the snow? Maybe we just need to adjust? Way to get in those miles.

I was thinking it was just me....totally the same for me rachelle...i used to be so hardcore in winter runs...but it was a warmer summer...so maybe we are not acclimated yet. Good job on tm!
