Run until I am 100 years old!
Personal:
I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences. I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn. I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University. 7.5 miles easy on Murdock Canal trail, 8:00 pace. My head cold got worse after spending the day in Park City yesterday so I drugged myself with nyquil last night and felt like a complete zombie this morning.

Yerk- head colds + running feel awful! But good job for getting out there anyway; I think you do end up feeling better for it.
Thats a little funny about the niquil though; my husband took it last night as well and looked like death warmed up when his alarm went off this morning!
